These Terms of Use govern your use of Tunio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Using Tunio

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials private, and use Tunio only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may not impersonate another person, automate abusive activity, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service.

Community content

You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant Tunio a limited license to store, display, and process that content as needed to operate the service. Do not submit content that is abusive, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise unlawful. You can report content or block another user in the app.

Music links

You may share track and playlist metadata or links that you are authorized to share. Tunio does not host or stream recordings. You are responsible for complying with the terms and rights rules of any third-party music platform connected to a link.

Diamonds and gifts

Diamonds are digital items used inside Tunio to send music gifts. Purchases are processed through the applicable Apple or Google in-app purchase system. Diamonds have no cash value, are not transferable outside Tunio, and are not a deposit or financial instrument. Successful purchases grant the configured digital balance; canceled, failed, or pending transactions do not.

Safety and enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, suspend, or close accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users or the service. We may preserve information when required to investigate abuse, comply with law, or protect people and systems.

Availability and changes

Tunio may change, pause, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every third-party music link will remain active. We may update these Terms as the product changes and will post the updated version here.

Disclaimer and limits

Tunio is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Tunio is not responsible for third-party platforms, their content, or changes to links that users submit. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
